Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, certain return restrictions apply.
eSIM Products (Digital)
All eSIM purchases are final. Once the QR code is issued, the eSIM is considered used and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded—even if the QR code has not been scanned.
Physical Items (if applicable)
We offer a 15-day return window for eligible physical items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at heyaexa@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before sending any items. If accepted, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- eSIM products (once QR code has been issued)
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Discounted or sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at heyaexa@gmail.com.
